The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting manufacturing and assembly activities of metal structures, following technical instructions and quality and safety standards. Works jointly with operators and welders to ensure smooth production flow and contribute to workplace organization. * Assist in preparation, cutting, grinding, and handling of metal parts; * + Move, organize, and sort materials and tools required for production; + Perform basic support operations (e.g., drilling, deburring, and finishing of parts); + Support welders, assemblers, and operators in production activities; + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; + Comply with occupational safety regulations, use of PPE, and company internal procedures.
