Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and engaged Production Analyst to coordinate the production of hydraulic and electrical kits, with a focus on cost, schedule, quality, and safety. We are looking for a Production Analyst to work in Ribeirão Preto/SP, producing hydraulic and electrical kits for our construction projects! You will collaborate with the production coordination team during project execution, aiming to meet cost, schedule, quality, and occupational safety requirements—focusing on general installation items. An individual with strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, ease in working within multidisciplinary teams, an owner’s mindset, and results orientation. If this profile resonates with you, take a look at what we have to offer! **Responsibilities and Duties** Analyze installation projects together with site engineers to identify opportunities for improved execution, cost savings, and standardization; Report any modifications or new practices to be implemented—aiming for standardization—to your supervisor, and align them with relevant teams and departments; Quantify materials and services by reviewing execution drawings and procedures, to support cost control and analysis; Monitor material consumption and quantities of completed services using dedicated software and the project budget, comparing planned versus actual performance; Support the sizing and operation of kit production centers; assist during kit manufacturing in defining kits, validating them, and calculating associated costs; Identify best practices through site visits, and conduct studies to streamline operations, reduce material costs, or introduce market-available new technologies; Verify that service execution complies with POs (Procedures for Service Execution) and technical drawings, ensuring alignment with design specifications; Maintain departmental KPIs by collecting relevant analyses to measure performance and drive improvements; Guide and support engineering teams in resolving issues encountered onsite, promoting best practices and financially viable solutions; Provide support to departments directly involved in projects and NAP (Project Support Department), acting as a liaison between the construction site and support teams; Perform other duties related to the position as requested by the department coordinator. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * Availability to work in Ribeirão Preto/SP * Availability for travel * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle * Minimum 6 months’ experience on construction sites * Proficiency in reading technical drawings * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / DraftSight or equivalent * Basic knowledge of Excel **The moment to embrace the new: the new way of living, the new way of relating, the new way of being.** We are not afraid to try, to take risks—and if we make mistakes, we do not let them shake us; instead, we learn from them, becoming who we are. **We are not limited to cement, glass, and steel!** We proudly accompany life transformations of **our customers**, watching them achieve goals, build families, fulfill dreams, and continuously evolve!
