PREREQUISITES: * Degree: Mechanical Engineering or related fields * English: Advanced * Technical knowledge of stamping and MIG/MAG welding is a plus * Experience: Product Engineering during the development acquisition phase. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Define product development goals and coordinate the cascading of information from Headquarters and customer requirements; * Supervise the local engineering team, distributing quotation, development, and VA/VE activity project demands among Product Engineers; * Plan and monitor product development progress against customer milestones, ensuring timely delivery of each Product Engineering phase deliverable (drawings, BOM, Feasibility Study, Stack Up, DFMEA, Prototypes, DRBFM); * Develop the technical and behavioral competencies of the team under management.
