Collaborating with process, manufacturing, and quality departments An engineering company is seeking a Product Development Engineer in São José dos Campos. **Responsibilities:** Engage in product development with a focus on structural design. Prepare and review structural engineering designs, ensuring technical feasibility and quality. Conduct engineering analyses and validations. Collaborate with process, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams. Support the full product development lifecycle—from concept to implementation. Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Previous experience as a Product Engineer, Design Engineer, Innovation Engineer, or Process Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities in this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
