Job Summary: Lead and motivate the packaging team, plan activities, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Effective communication with related departments Main Responsibilities: * Lead, execute, guide, and motivate the packaging team, delegate tasks, and evaluate individual and group performance. * Plan work activities, interpret work orders, and monitor productivity to ensure targets are met. * Ensure products are correctly packaged and labeled, verify suitability of packaging materials and labels, and guarantee products comply with standards. * Coordinate packaging and labeling processes, monitor product movement and flow, and control receipt and usage of materials. * Comply with and ensure adherence to technical standards and procedures, occupational health and safety regulations, and quality requirements. * Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and related departments, such as production, warehouse, and quality. Requirements: * Proven experience in leadership. * Leadership and supervision skills. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of occupational safety. * Strong communication skills. * Attention to detail and focus on quality.
