Monitor and support daily routines for goods receipt, storage, picking, verification, and shipment Enter and update information in logistics management systems (WMS, TMS, or ERP), ensuring data accuracy Analyze operational reports, identifying deviations and opportunities for process improvement Support the monitoring of logistics performance indicators (deliveries, costs, productivity, and inventory accuracy) Review transportation documentation and assist in resolving discrepancies in invoices, freight bills (CTEs), and delivery receipts Support communication between internal departments and external partners (carriers, suppliers, and customers) Assist the team in conducting inventories, audits, and inventory controls Contribute to meeting logistics operation deadlines and quality standards Job type: Full-time CLT contract Salary: R$1,800.00 – R$2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
