We are conducting a selection process for one of our partners and seeking a Transportation Assistant to support operational and administrative activities within the logistics department. **Key responsibilities:** * Scheduling via client portal; * Monitoring of loading and unloading operations; * Entering schedules into the carrier's TMS; * Entering shipping manifests (SM); * Tracking deliveries and vehicles; * Communicating with clients and drivers; * Managing transportation-related processes. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of administrative and operational routines; * Experience at a transportation company is a plus. **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Compensation:** Fixed salary + 30% hazard pay **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance * Gympass **Location:** Curitiba/PR Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have knowledge of administrative and operational routines?
