Maintenance Supervisor

Description

**Job Responsibilities:** * Execute, supervise, and monitor preventive, corrective maintenance, and installation services for refrigeration and air conditioning systems; * Perform tasks of varying complexity levels to ensure full equipment functionality; * Diagnose failures and identify appropriate technical solutions; * Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and quality standards; * Specify materials and support inventory control of parts and supplies required for services; * Monitor and track Service Orders (SOs), ensuring accurate activity documentation; * Support operational team organization and adherence to maintenance schedules; * Apply technical knowledge in refrigeration, electrical diagram interpretation, and measurement instruments while performing tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Administration, Operations Management, or related fields); * Experience supervising operational teams; * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills; * Knowledge of performance indicators and operational processes; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and problem-solving ability; * Availability for flexible working hours. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that promote employee well-being and satisfaction.
