Provide technical support to the team during complex interventions We are seeking a committed, organized, and leadership-oriented **Maintenance Supervisor** to coordinate building, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance activities, ensuring full facility functionality and operational safety of equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and assign tasks to the maintenance team; * Monitor execution of corrective and preventive maintenance services; * Control usage of materials, tools, and equipment; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; * Provide technical support to the team during more complex interventions; * Report repair and improvement needs to management. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields preferred); Prior experience leading maintenance teams; Knowledge of building, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance; Ability to manage routines, deadlines, and resources; Willingness to work onsite in Contagem/MG.
