Responsibilities: * Lead and develop the logistics team (receiving, warehouse, shipping, and transportation). * Supervise inventory, storage, and shipping processes, ensuring accuracy and periodic inventories. * Coordinate scheduling of pickups/deliveries, issuance of fiscal documents, and carrier tracking. * Identify improvements to reduce costs, increase productivity, and optimize processes. * Analyze logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans. * Collaborate with Production, Sales, Procurement, and Finance departments to ensure operational efficiency. * Lead teams (warehouse, shipping, fleet). * Ensure legal and fiscal compliance. Requirements: * Strategic and analytical mindset. * Leadership and people management skills. * Organization and decision-making ability. * Negotiation skills. * ERP/WMS/TMS system knowledge. * Basic understanding of costs, supply chain, and transportation legislation.
