




**Job Description:** The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and controlling logistics operations, ensuring customer service, order and vehicle tracking, as well as analyzing performance indicators (KPIs). This role serves as the liaison among customers, internal control towers, and external partners, guaranteeing operational efficiency, clear communication, and adherence to established deadlines. **Key Activities and Responsibilities:** * Maintain direct contact with customers, ensuring high-quality service and support for identified requirements. * Accept and verify orders, ensuring compliance with operational standards. * Monitor vehicles in operation, tracking trip status, deadlines, and any incidents. * Monitor orders from creation through final delivery, ensuring visibility and traceability. * Create and register orders in the system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. * Analyze operational data and manage logistics KPIs, proposing continuous process improvements. * Coordinate internal communication with both internal and external customer control towers, ensuring operational alignment. * Conduct ongoing follow-up with customers regarding order and operational status. * Prepare and present operational reports and results to customers and internal management. * Demonstrate schedule flexibility and availability to meet the business’s operational demands. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in logistics or operations is preferred. * Familiarity with logistics management systems (TMS/ERP is a plus). * Proficiency in data and performance indicator analysis. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and accountability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Results-oriented mindset and customer focus. * Flexibility and schedule availability.
