Description
**Desired Education or Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
**Desired Experience Duration:**
Minimum of 6 months in the field.

**Responsibilities:**
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to logistics operations, such as transportation costs, inventory levels, and process efficiency;
* Analyze and monitor fines, fees, taxes, and insurance for the vehicle fleet to avoid penalties and additional costs;
* Assist in demand planning by forecasting material and product needs based on sales history and market trends;
* Support the logistics coordination team in implementing processes and strategies aimed at optimizing operations and reducing costs;
* Prepare periodic logistics performance reports, presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for improvement;
* Plan and optimize vehicle routing to improve transportation efficiency, reduce costs, and increase freight revenue;
* Update and track planned versus actual budgets for fleet maintenance and fuel, supporting the controller department;
* Monitor average fuel consumption between refueling events to prevent losses and unnecessary deviations;
* Track and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet;
* Participate in continuous improvement projects, contributing ideas and solutions to enhance logistics operational efficiency.
