This is INCREDIBLE! * You will work within a flat hierarchy, with direct access to C-level executives and founders. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking an **Assistant** to support project execution by monitoring activities essential to project progress, assisting our team in deadline management, and communicating status updates regarding overdue deliverables. This person will be responsible for daily monitoring of activities across all departments of **IT4US**, identifying overdue or imminent tasks, contacting responsible parties, understanding reasons for delays, and agreeing on revised delivery deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor Jira daily to track delivery dates for all tasks; * Identify overdue tasks and contact responsible parties to understand delay causes and define new deadlines; * Prepare concise, objective reports summarizing overdue tasks, revised deadlines, and justifications; * Periodically submit these reports to leadership; * Maintain an organized log of all communications conducted and updates received. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to task details and deadlines; * Ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities; * Experience with project management tools (Jira and ClickUp); * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel). **Additional Information** **Contract Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) **Work Modality:** 100% Remote **Availability:** Immediate start **Benefits:** Training and certification incentive program.
