Installation and Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities and Duties: * **Installation and Start\-up:** Assemble, mount, and commission (start\-up) automatic doors and access control systems in commercial and industrial environments. * **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment failures on-site. * **Technical Adjustments:** Perform fine-tuning, preventive lubrication, and replacement of damaged or worn components. * **Safety Assurance:** Ensure systems operate flawlessly in compliance with technical standards, ABNT norms, and safety guidelines. * **Technical Documentation:** Complete service order (SO) reports, technical inspection reports, and document all interventions performed. * **Customer Interface:** Provide consultative technical support directly to customers, clearly and professionally explaining system functionality. Requirements: * **Education/Qualification:** Completed Technical High School (or regular High School plus completed Technical Course) in **Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics**, or related fields. * **Proven experience** in installation and maintenance of electromechanical systems in building/industrial settings. * **Valid Driver's License Category B (Mandatory).** * Practical knowledge of electrical fault diagnosis, component testing, and reading electrical schematics. * **Willingness to travel regionally** as required by projects. * Strong commitment to using PPE and complying with Regulatory Norms (NRs). Compensation and Incentives: * **Base Salary:** R$ 3\.300,00 (CLT employment regime). * **Variable Pay:** Profit and Results Sharing (PLR).
