Job Summary: This position supports the civil maintenance team in preventive and corrective activities, ensuring compliance with the Industry's safety, health, and environmental standards. Focus on safety, health, and environment The purpose of this role is to provide operational support to the civil maintenance team, assisting in preventive and corrective activities while consistently adhering to the Industry's safety, health, and environmental standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support general preventive and corrective civil maintenance activities, e.g., masonry, painting, minor repairs, janitorial services, etc.; * Assist in preparing and organizing construction sites and intervention areas; * Transport materials, tools, and equipment required at work fronts; * Clean maintenance areas after service completion, ensuring safe and organized conditions; * Assist in assembling and disassembling temporary structures; * Remove debris and solid waste generated during industrial maintenance activities; * Support the conservation and organization of construction materials and tools, as well as assist team members with daily tasks, general cleaning, and operational area maintenance; * Comply with company safety, health, and environmental standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed elementary school. * Specific Knowledge: Basic knowledge of masonry, painting; plumbing (simple repairs); assembly and disassembly of structures; janitorial services and building maintenance. * Desired Knowledge: Ability to use basic hand and electric tools; knowledge of proper waste disposal; understanding of construction site organization. **Additional Information** **Benefits:**  \- Health Assistance * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Assistance * Meal Allowance * Company-provided shuttle bus * On-site cafeteria \- PMRN \- Performance and Results Incentive Program * Educational partnerships offering discounts on various courses * Christmas Bonus We are proud to say that we are large because our nature is to look toward the future—over five decades.
