**Summary of Responsibilities:** Assist in welding and mechanical maintenance activities, supporting welders and mechanics in performing tasks, organizing the workplace, and handling tools and materials. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school; welding certification required. * Experience: Prior experience as a welding assistant or mechanic is preferred. * Skills: Organizational and proactive attitude, ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and commitment to safety. **Working Conditions:** * Industrial workshop environment, with exposure to noise, heat, and dust. * Mandatory use of PPE (gloves, goggles, apron, ear protection, etc.).
