We seek a dynamic, organized professional with strong strategic vision, prior experience in the field, and the ability to lead teams, analyze indicators, and make decisive daily decisions. **Salary:** R$ 4\.200,00 **Schedule:** To be determined **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 35.00 per day * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance * Basic food basket: R$ 180.00 * Life insurance **Responsibilities:** * + Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance to avoid unnecessary downtime; + Review maintenance scopes to ensure quality and cost control; + Ensure fleet availability and functionality according to operational demand; + Monitor operational safety (documentation, inspections, and required standards); + Track vehicle depreciation and plan strategic replacements; + Plan fleet renewal, balancing cost and efficiency; + Control operational KPIs (availability, cost per km, maintenance time, etc.); + Ensure accurate and timely updates of information in the fleet management system; + Ensure compliance with internal policies, service levels, and financial targets. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * + Experience in operations leadership, with prior experience in road transportation or logistics sectors. + Ability to work under pressure and make effective strategic decisions. * Experience in fleet management or operations involving corporate vehicles. * Technical knowledge of automotive maintenance (mechanical expertise not required, but solid understanding is essential). * Negotiation skills with suppliers and third-party companies. * Strategic planning, analytical thinking, and indicator proficiency. * Experience managing teams and strong communication skills. * Organizational skills and strong decision-making ability.
