Support the preparation and consolidation of technical-commercial proposals, ensuring organization, information consistency, and adherence to deadlines in bidding processes. **Engineer Analyst (Large Projects)** Engineer Analyst (Large Projects) **Job Objective** Support the preparation and consolidation of technical-commercial proposals, ensuring organization, information consistency, and adherence to deadlines in bidding processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Support analysis of tender documents and bidding documentation. * Organize and consolidate technical and commercial documents. * Draft portions of proposals (documentation, templates, presentations, spreadsheets). * Monitor deadlines, schedules, and proposal checklists. * Interface with internal departments to collect required information. * Support cost composition and commercial structuring. * Ensure documentation standardization and compliance. * Prepare proposal submissions on customer platforms. * Support internal reviews (gate reviews). * Maintain updated databases and lessons-learned repositories. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields). * Experience in administrative or commercial processes (experience in proposals/bidding is a plus). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail.
