Emergency Technician

Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for monitoring outsourced maintenance of emergency systems, conducting inspections, leading the Emergency Brigade, and supporting the implementation of emergency plans and training. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and inspection of emergency systems 2. Leadership of the Emergency Brigade and teams 3. Participation in emergency plans and drills * Monitor outsourced maintenance activities for emergency systems. • Inspect fire pumps and the entire emergency system (fire extinguishers, sprinklers, eyewash stations, valves, detectors, static tests, alarms, etc.) according to the maintenance and preventive maintenance plan; • Assemble rescue systems and monitor related activities; • Issue Authorizations for Hazardous Work (ATRs); • Serve as Commander of the Emergency Brigade and lead the team; • Support implementation of the Emergency Plan and monthly training sessions for the Emergency Brigade and Evacuation Group, considering site-specific safety and environmental emergency risks. • Support field activity monitoring to prevent emergencies. • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with emergency-related legislation, archiving all records and reports generated in this area; • Participate in functional emergency and crisis response teams onsite; • Participate in mapping external impact plans into the Emergency Plan, considering updated neighborhood mapping and liaison with governmental agencies under supervision; • Participate in organizing emergency drills; • Support risk assessments for executing emergency activities (training and drills); • Analyze root causes of Level 2 and Level 3 alarms and determine corrective actions.
