Job Summary:
Performs technical maintenance services—including preventive, corrective, and upgrade tasks—as well as provides customer support and completes service reports.

Prerequisites:
Completed technical course in electromechanics, mechanics, automation, electronics, or a related field.
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency;
Ability to interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics;
Willingness to travel.
Experience in technical support activities;
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (desirable);
Knowledge of maintenance for large-capacity forklifts; diesel combustion engines; powershift transmissions; hydraulic oil; and electrical systems.
Familiarity with port equipment such as Reach Stackers, ECH, STS, and RTG (desirable).
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform technical maintenance services—including preventive, corrective, upgrade, installation, customer support, and service report completion;
Support maintenance activities and possess knowledge of equipment components;
Customer service;
Comply with occupational safety standards and technical, quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection procedures;
Assemble, disassemble, and adjust parts;
Diagnose equipment operational failures;
Guide operators on proper equipment usage;
Ensure equipment preservation, cleanliness, and maintenance; tool storage; and workplace equipment and environment upkeep;
Perform duties relevant to the role using computer equipment and software;
Carry out other tasks compatible with the job requirements.
Compensation: R$1.884,52 – R$4.555,47 per month
