It is essential that the driver possess basic mechanical knowledge, be familiar with navigation apps, and demonstrate good communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers. Additionally, the professional must strictly adhere to traffic regulations and internal company procedures, safeguarding both the vehicle and the cargo.
