You’ll **own the data pipelines and data architecture**, from the unified data dictionary to the dashboards used by the business to take action.

**What you’ll build day to day**

* **Data collection and organization:** identify, integrate, and clean data from diverse sources, including APIs and internal and external systems.
* **Data modeling:** develop and maintain efficient models in the Data Lake, ensuring optimal structure for analytics.
* **Automation and optimization:** automate reports and data processes so business teams have up-to-date information in real time.
* **Insight generation:** collaborate with business teams, translate business questions into analyses, and identify opportunities for improvement and new products.
**What we’re looking for in you**

### **Essential requirements**
* Proven experience in **Data Engineering**, building and maintaining robust, scalable pipelines.
* Experience handling large-scale data (Big Data) and efficient processing.
* Experience designing distributed data architectures (Data Lakehouse, Delta Lake).
* Experience with **Databricks** and/or other analytical processing platforms.
* Advanced proficiency in **SQL**, and relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
* Strong command of **Python (PySpark)** for data processing scripts.
* Solid experience with Big Data frameworks (Apache Spark, Apache Flink, or similar).
* Pipeline orchestration using Apache Airflow or Dagster.
* Data Lakes and cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS), including services such as S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Azure Data Lake Storage.
* CI/CD practices and version control (Git/GitHub) applied to data pipelines.
* Familiarity with building data APIs (Kafka, Kinesis).
* **Real-world use of AI at work**: concrete examples where you applied AI to improve speed, quality, or consistency in data development and operations.

### **Standout differentiators**
* **BI and visualization:** create and manage clear dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
* **Predictive modeling and Machine Learning** to anticipate trends and optimize operations.
* Certifications: **Databricks Data Engineer Associate** and/or **Azure DP-203**.
* English proficiency.
