**Responsibilities and Duties** In this role, you will be responsible for: * Serving customers in-store and conducting retail product sales; * Monitoring individual and store performance metrics; * Updating and maintaining customer records; * Assisting with store organization, including pricing and inventory control, as needed; * Making follow-up phone calls for after-sales service and inviting customers to learn about in-store promotions; * Offering complementary services and solutions, such as extended warranty, installment plans, store credit card, insurance, and other ongoing campaigns. **Requirements and Qualifications** To apply, it is important to have: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in sales; * Negotiation skills; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Proactivity and dynamism.
