Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service, order registration, product preparation, stock organization, and store cleaning, ensuring quality and hygiene. Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the workplace Benefits: Meal Voucher: R$ 200.00 Transportation Voucher Attendance Bonus: R$ 300.00 Bonus of R$ 50.00 if the store receives no cancellations on iFood Main Responsibilities: Provide direct customer service, ensuring a courteous and efficient experience; Register orders in the system, suggest add-ons, review selections with the customer before finalization, and ensure their satisfaction; Prepare products according to company standards, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring quality and consistency; Maintain stock organization, monitoring expiration dates and types of supplies, following leadership guidelines; Perform full store cleaning, including equipment and the ice cream machine, promoting a pleasant environment meeting required hygiene standards; Periodically sanitize the ice cream machine, ensuring product quality and proper equipment functionality as trained; Support other related tasks as needed or directed by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Strong interpersonal communication skills; Attention to cleanliness, personal hygiene, and workplace organization. Available Shift Schedule: 6x1 schedule (one weekly day off and one Sunday per month); Working Hours: Daily from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM\.
