#### **Responsibilities** * Provide customer service, aiming to resolve their questions and issues promptly and effectively. * Proactively contact clinics to expedite the resolution of pending matters. * Participate in creating internal workflows to improve customer service. * Process contract cancellation requests. * Contribute to preparing basic reports on customer experience performance, presenting preliminary data and insights. #### **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree. * Prior experience (internship or junior role) in customer service, support, or relationship management functions. * Basic knowledge of Customer Experience metrics (CSAT, TME, TMA) and their practical application. * Familiarity with customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk or similar). * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: in Excel, spreadsheet formatting, table creation, use of simple formulas (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE), and applying filters; in Word, creating, editing, and formatting text with basic layout settings; and in PowerPoint, editing presentations, applying simple formatting, and adapting templates. * Clear and concise written and verbal communication in Portuguese for interacting with customers and internal teams. * Basic Data Analysis: Ability to interpret simple customer experience data. #### **Skills** * Communication * Customer Centricity * Ownership * Learnability ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Communication, Customer Centricity, Customer Experience, Customer Service, CSAT ### **Benefits:** Meal/food allowance: Total value of R$ 740; Unimed health insurance plan; Life insurance; Wellhub \- formerly Gympass; MoreCare allowance of R$ 200; Access to SESC club ### **Department:** Operations
