Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for collecting data, recording information, and preparing reports to monitor and control construction projects, ensuring data integrity.
Key Highlights:
1. Daily collection of productivity and material consumption data at construction sites.
2. Team management, measurement reports, and updated site diaries.
3. Experience with civil engineering projects and Microsoft Office suite.
#### **Responsibilities**
* Collect daily productivity data for teams and equipment at the construction front.
* Record material, input, and equipment consumption according to project specifications.
* Complete service measurement reports, comparing actual progress against project planning and schedule.
* Identify and report deviations between planned and actual work, notifying site supervision.
* Maintain an updated site diary, recording relevant events, incidents, and weather conditions.
* Control employee entry and exit, logging working hours and absenteeism.
* Ensure integrity and organization of collected data using electronic systems or spreadsheets.
#### **Requirements**
* Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a construction site data clerk or in a similar role.
* Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting civil and architectural engineering drawings.
* Familiarity with civil construction technical terminology and construction processes.
* Completed high school education; a technical course in building construction is considered an advantage.
* Ability to use measurement tools (tape measure, level) and communication equipment.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a construction site environment.
