As a **Construction Intern**, your primary challenge will be to support the construction team in quality indicators. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn the stages of our construction processes, participate in training sessions led by inspiring professionals, and receive full support to enhance both technical and behavioral competencies. Responsibilities and Duties * Learn and develop expertise across foundation, structural, finishing, and handover phases; * Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to established standards—particularly those related to employee safety and service quality; * Support critical analysis for logistics planning in AutoCAD; * Read and interpret technical project information; * Attend virtual and in-person training sessions on Alea’s corporate business areas; * Assist with measurements and photographic reporting, as well as internal audit matters; * Implement continuous improvement actions; * Explore market-based logistical innovations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning, from the 3rd semester onward; * Availability to intern for 30 hours per week; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** Essential Benefits Market-competitive internship stipend; Meal and flexible food allowance via iFood Benefits; Transportation/mobility allowance paid through payroll.
