The Construction Helper position, at the entry level, is responsible for assisting in the execution of civil construction activities under the guidance of more experienced professionals. It is essential for the progress of construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency in task execution. * Clean and organize the construction site * Assist in preparing materials and tools required for carrying out activities * Transport materials and equipment within the construction site * Help assemble and disassemble scaffolding and temporary structures * Assist in excavation, compaction, and land leveling * Perform simple masonry tasks, such as mortar preparation and bricklaying * Assist in installing pipelines, electrical wiring, and other construction components * Maintain individual and collective safety by adhering to occupational health and safety regulations and procedures * Collaborate with the work team, maintaining efficient and respectful communication * Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor
