Position: Commercial Assistant (Remote Work) Engplace Engenharia is hiring a Commercial Assistant to focus on acquiring new clients and developing new business. Responsibilities: * Make calls for client prospecting * Active acquisition of new clients (outbound leads) * Present Engplace's services, such as residential, commercial, and industrial construction and renovations. * Follow up with leads and potential clients * Organize and update the contact database/CRM * Report results and prospecting metrics Requirements: * Good verbal and written communication skills * Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or commercial prospecting (desirable) * Proactivity and organization * Availability for remote work * Reside in Fortaleza or the metropolitan area (preferred) * Computer and stable internet We offer: * 100% remote work * AI-based lead acquisition platforms Payment: R$1\.621,00 \- R$50\.000,00 per month Work location: Remote
