Learn more about C.A.C Engenharia: https://www.cacengenharia.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee and control the execution of construction works and structural, architectural, hydraulic, electrical, and other discipline-related projects; * Ensure safety, organization, and well-being of teams on construction sites; * Monitor field activities, ensuring compliance with planning, targets, and established standards; * Track physical-financial project schedules; * Conduct quality control of executed services; * Manage supplies, contracted services, and project costs; * Collaborate with operational teams and site leadership; * Analyze non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions; * Participate in project monitoring and control meetings; * Ensure adherence to internal procedures and quality standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering; * Active CREA registration; * Relevant work experience; * Experience in construction site supervision; * Knowledge of physical-financial construction project control; * Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in residential developments, preferably MCMV (Minha Casa Minha Vida); * Experience with concrete wall construction methods; * Familiarity with PBQP-H and processes with Caixa Econômica Federal. **Additional Information** Meal allowance / food voucher; Transportation allowance / fuel voucher; Birthday Day OFF; Totalpass; Nutritional support; Pharmacy discount (Vidalink).
