**Main responsibilities:** Monitor and supervise civil construction projects and services; Conduct material takeoffs and interpret technical drawings; Prepare budgets and schedules, and ensure service quality in compliance with technical and safety standards. **Requirements:** Completed Technical Course in Building Construction; Active registration with CFT (where applicable); Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite; Experience in on-site construction supervision; Strong communication and organizational skills.
