Maintain a clean, organized, and efficiently stocked bar. **Position Objective** Prepare and serve beverages to a high quality standard, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and an experience aligned with the restaurant’s standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare cocktails according to house standards. * Ensure beverage presentation, flavor, and standardization. * Monitor preparation time and order flow organization. * Perform bar mise en place (ingredients, fruits, syrups, ice, utensils). * Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout operations. * Monitor beverage and ingredient inventory to prevent losses and waste. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Interact with customers at the bar counter when applicable, maintaining a professional demeanor. * Support training of barbacks. **Requirements** * Experience as a bartender, preferably in upscale bars or restaurants. * Knowledge of classic mixology and preparation techniques. * Basic understanding of beverage pairing. * Efficiency and organization in high-volume environments. **Behavioral Competencies** * Efficiency and precision * Organization * Attention to detail * Professional demeanor * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Bar Counter Experience (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
