*Dr. Hair is an established company and a national reference in non-surgical hair treatments, recognized for its professionalism, technology, and real results that transform the self-esteem and confidence of countless people across the country.* *Currently expanding throughout Brazil, Dr. Hair already operates over 20 units and continues growing in a structured manner, continuously investing in innovation, training, and excellence in customer service.* *Becoming part of Dr. Hair means joining a solid company with resources, a validated methodology, and a clear purpose of transforming lives!* We are seeking a Prime Assistant/Receptionist with ambition for growth and development to enhance excellence in our customer service. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Greet customers, provide support, and guide them within the unit. * Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages, and respond to inquiries courteously. * Organize the unit’s appointment and procedure schedule. * Perform registrations, updates, and management of medical records/systems. * Support the sales team in scheduling evaluations and follow-ups. * Maintain organization of the reception area and treatment rooms. * Provide administrative support to the unit coordinator. Requirements: **Mandatory:** * Prior experience as a receptionist, unit assistant, or similar role. * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service experience. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor, and empathy. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative routines. * Basic computer literacy and experience using systems/online scheduling tools. * Availability to work on-site from Monday to Saturday, with Saturday being a half-day shift. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in aesthetic, health, beauty, or wellness clinics. * Experience in consultative sales or supporting the sales team. * Ability to interact effectively with high-expectation clientele (Prime standard). * Interest in building a career in the commercial field.
