**Your mission:** Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of the platform by bridging development and operations through automation, observability, and sound engineering practices. Act as a technical leader alongside multidisciplinary teams, eliminating bottlenecks and knowledge silos to support product growth. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Contribute to defining and evolving system architecture, aligning technical decisions with product strategy; * Participate in designing distributed cloud applications, optimizing resource usage and proposing effective solutions for complex problems; * Develop and review scripts and tools for infrastructure and development workflow automation, improving process efficiency; * Analyze and resolve critical incidents, document postmortems, and configure proactive monitoring to reduce recurrence; * Identify and fix bottlenecks in the development process, accelerating deliveries without compromising quality; * Define and review permission levels to preserve data and system integrity, reinforcing security best practices; * Monitor cloud infrastructure costs and generate reports that provide budget predictability, anticipating both planned and unplanned deviations; * Track changes in cloud services, flag potential impacts, and coordinate timely adaptations; * Serve as a technical reference for peers, mentoring and strengthening internal practice communities to accelerate collective learning. **What we’re looking for:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Solid experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools; * Solid experience working in teams applying agile development methodologies; * In-depth knowledge of establishing software and infrastructure architecture standards for web applications and APIs; * Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution (troubleshooting); * Solid experience with monitoring and observability tools and concepts; * Strong knowledge of Docker and containers; * Solid experience with distributed solutions (infrastructure, application, network) and cloud-based software development (Google Cloud or AWS); * Solid experience with data structures; * High adaptability and willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. **Bonus points if you have:** * Intermediate English proficiency **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Online psychotherapy; * TotalPass; * Life insurance; * Meal and food allowances (VA/VR); * Discount partnerships (universities and language schools); * Worry-Free — Various insurance options; * No dress code; #LI-LM1 #JOINCONTABILIZEI **Culture and Development = We Build Together** Believing that the success of entrepreneurial individuals is our success, Culture Guardians build the best workplace every day.
