Important: if you reside in the Campinas Metropolitan Region, your presence in the city offices will be mandatory, in accordance with the current attendance policy Mission: You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and will be responsible for the development of modern and distributed applications, utilizing major market frameworks and cloud computing solutions. Main Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and sustain complex applications, with frontend in React (with or without Next), and backend in Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask); * Develop modern and distributed applications (microservices), with event\-driven architecture, utilizing messaging tools such as Kafka and similar; * Influence and support technical decisions, assisting in the management of technical debt and executing refactoring that adds value to the business; * Ensure the quality and stability of applications through DevSecOps processes and tools and automated testing; * Perform code reviews, ensuring the quality of deliveries; * Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automation of builds, tests, and deploys in cloud environments (AWS); * Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues; * Document processes and technical solutions; * Stay updated on new development technologies; * Disseminate knowledge about software engineering best practices and new technologies with the team and the client; * Utilize and promote the use of artificial intelligence as an acceleration mechanism for deliveries.
