The system is being rebuilt from scratch, retaining only the business rules from the legacy system; however, the entire architecture and technical solution is new, designed for the Cloud, with a focus on usability, maintainability, and scalability. Using Generative AI tools (Claude Code) and the harness methodology for agentic development is essential in this context. The existing team currently operates within an implementation pipeline based on spec-driven development, delivering significant productivity gains. **Requirements:** Backend development using microservices and/or serverless architectures in Java. Frontend development using market-standard frameworks (React, Angular, etc.). Relational databases. Implementation of unit tests. Use of Generative AI focused on productivity gains (Claude Code and SDD). **Preferred Qualifications:** DevSecOps: Implementation of CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps with automated testing. Experience with event-driven architecture. Knowledge of AWS and OpenShift platforms. Experience in system migration and modernization. Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and agent-focused feedback.
