Day-to-Day Responsibilities of a **WordPress Developer**: * **Maintenance and Support**: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for websites, landing pages, microsites, blogs, and web applications, ensuring they remain optimized, responsive, and up to date. * **Configuration**: Integrate, update, and configure plugins and themes to enhance functionality and security across WordPress ecosystems. * **Performance Optimization**: Perform continuous page maintenance focused on performance (loading speed) and user experience (UX). * **Design Alignment**: Collaborate closely with external or internal web designers to ensure harmony between the proposed design and the final interface functionality. * **Technical Documentation**: Create documentation and support guides for developed solutions, facilitating future code maintenance. * **Quality Assurance**: Conduct basic UI testing before deliveries to ensure systems function correctly. * **Consultative Engagement**: Propose technical alternatives and suggestions that add value to projects and better meet agreed-upon business needs. **\# Requirements and Technical Qualifications** To ensure a successful partnership, we seek candidates with: **WordPress Proficiency**: Experience developing on the WordPress platform and using structural plugins (e.g., ACF PRO). **Front-end Technologies**: Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery. **Desirable Skills (Advantages)**: Familiarity with React, Node, Laravel, SEO, accessibility, GIT, databases (MySQL), Docker, and CI/CD pipeline processes. **Consultative Engagement**: Propose technical alternatives and suggestions that add value to projects and better meet agreed-upon business needs. **Legal Compliance**: Active CNPJ (including MEI) and ability to issue invoices. **What Will Set You Apart:** Knowledge of React, Node, Laravel, and WordPress plugins such as ACF PRO. **\# Contract Details** **Contract Model:** Service Provision (PJ). **Work Location:** 100% Remote (Home Office) with full geographic flexibility. **Duration:** Indefinite-term contract, focused on a continuous flow of demands. **What You’ll Find Here:** **Collaboration:** Work in an environment where collaboration is key.
