Web Designer (Focus on UI/UX and Conversion Design) **Hiring Model:** PJ Remote About the Challenge We are looking for a creative and analytical Web Designer to join our team. Your primary mission will be to design and build high-conversion pages (landing pages, corporate websites, and sales pages), ensuring an impeccable user experience (UX). Beyond the web environment, you will also apply your aesthetic eye to support our occasional graphic design needs, ensuring our visual identity remains strong and cohesive across all channels. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) * Design and prototype high-conversion landing pages, websites, and interfaces. * Implement and publish pages on the company’s platform (e.g., WordPress/Elementor, etc.). * Optimize existing pages with a focus on usability (UX), loading speed, and responsiveness (Mobile First). * Create graphic assets for digital marketing campaigns (ad creatives, banners, social media posts). * Develop supporting corporate materials (sales presentations, e-books, email marketing). * Ensure brand visual identity consistency across all touchpoints. What We Expect From You (Requirements) * Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) for creating and editing graphic assets. * Proven experience designing responsive, conversion-focused pages (portfolio submission is mandatory). * Practical knowledge of page builders (CMS) such as WordPress (Elementor) or Webflow. * Solid understanding of information hierarchy, color theory, and typography. * Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for minor visual adjustments. What Would Make Us Shine (Nice-to-Haves) * Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles. * Experience with basic video editing or short animations (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut). * Basic copywriting knowledge to harmoniously integrate text into layouts.
