Responsibilities: \- Create visually appealing and functional designs for websites and web applications; \- Develop responsive and adaptable layouts for different devices and platforms; \- Collaborate closely with the development team to implement designs; \- Conduct testing and iterations to ensure quality and usability; \- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies. Requirements: \- Proven experience in web design; \- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.); \- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (optional but a plus); \- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; \- Portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity; \- Expertise in Paid Traffic: proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Specific Paid Traffic Skills: \- Creating effective advertisements; \- Defining target audiences; \- Managing campaigns; \- Analyzing results and optimizing performance; \- Understanding performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
