Job Summary: A professional to develop responsive and optimized websites, landing pages, and web interfaces, collaborating with creative teams and ensuring strong performance and usability of digital projects. Focus on performance, usability, and continuous improvement **Prerequisites:** * Proven experience or familiarity with **website and landing page creation and development**; * Proficiency in **WordPress/Elementor**, and desirable knowledge of design tools such as **Figma or Adobe XD**; * Strong understanding of **responsive design, UX/UI**, and performance best practices; * Organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and **ability to work both independently and collaboratively**; * Availability to **work flexible hours and days**, according to agency demands; **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Develop responsive and optimized **websites, landing pages, and web interfaces**; * Perform **technical adjustments, updates, and maintenance** on existing projects; * Collaborate with **design, paid traffic, and content teams** in creating strategic pages; * Ensure **strong performance, usability, and cross-browser and cross-device compatibility**; * Participate in **alignment meetings and brainstorming sessions** with the creative team; * Contribute to **continuous improvements in agency digital processes and deliverables**.
