Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the conception and evolution of digital experiences, working end-to-end from discovery to final delivery, in a strategic role. Leading the conception and evolution of digital experiences **Fixed-term project: Completion in August** **Contract model: PJ (individual contractor)** We are seeking a **Senior UX/UI Designer** to lead the conception and evolution of digital experiences, working end-to-end from discovery to final delivery. This professional will play a strategic role in defining user journeys, ensuring user-centered solutions aligned with business goals and data-driven insights. This role involves close collaboration with product, technology, and stakeholder teams, actively contributing to decisions regarding experience, usability, and interface. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct **discovery** activities, including user research, interviews, and behavioral analysis. * Map and evolve **user journeys**, identifying opportunities to improve the experience. * Create **wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces (UI)**. * Ensure visual and experiential consistency by following or evolving **design systems**. * Collaborate with Product Managers and developers to define and deliver solutions. * Validate solutions through **usability testing** and continuous iteration. * Strategically prioritize improvements based on impact to users and the business. * Present and advocate design solutions to stakeholders. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience in **UX and UI Design**. * Experience with **product discovery** and user research. * Experience building **user journeys, flows, and information architecture**. * Experience creating **wireframes and prototypes (low and high fidelity)**. * Proficiency in design tools (e.g., **Figma, Adobe XD, or similar**). * Experience in **complex digital projects (e.g., fintech, insurance, B2B platforms)**. * Experience with **design systems and component libraries**. * Experience working in agile and multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to articulate and present design solutions. ### **Nice-to-Have** * Knowledge of **product metrics and data analytics (e.g., GA, Hotjar, etc.)**. * Basic understanding of **frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React)** to better collaborate with development.
