You will receive strategic guidelines from Marketing Coordination, translate them into interfaces, prototypes, and graphic materials, and deliver ready-to-implement specifications to the Development team — acting as the link between strategic vision and technical execution, ensuring that systems, platforms, and visual materials consistently reflect the brand identity. **Responsibilities** * Receive briefings and strategic guidelines from Marketing Coordination and translate them into visual interfaces for internal systems, platforms, and digital environments; * Participate in alignment meetings with Marketing Coordination to understand priorities and translate them into visual deliverables; * Conduct user research (interviews, questionnaires, usability tests) to inform design decisions; * Develop low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for solution validation; * Create user flows and journey maps to optimize digital experiences; * Develop and maintain a design system with reusable components, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all interfaces; * Conduct usability tests to identify interface improvement opportunities; * Prepare assets, technical specifications, and perform design handoff to the Development and Technology teams; * Generate structured design requests for the Development team, contributing to the evolution of the digital ecosystem; * Ensure interfaces comply with accessibility principles and UX best practices; * Maintain and develop the company’s visual identity across digital interfaces; * Update and refine the visual identity manual as needed; * Create institutional visual materials such as corporate presentations and commercial proposals; * Develop supporting graphic materials for the sales team, such as presentations and infographics; * Create materials for trade fairs, events, and exhibitions, including booths and banners; * Organize and document design files, ensuring easy access and version control; * Stay updated on UX design trends and emerging technologies; * Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative and strategic ideas. **Requirements** **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Information Systems, or related fields; * Proficiency in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch; * Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems; * Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing; * Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for effective collaboration with developers; * Proficiency in Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) for asset creation; * Ability to present and defend design decisions; * Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **What will your work schedule be like?** On-site in Itajaí, at our office, Monday through Friday during business hours.
