Hands-on and proactive profile with strong willingness to learn **Role Responsibilities** * Plan and design simple, intuitive, human-centered, and efficient solutions. * Transform user pain points into memorable experiences through the Design process. * Work directly with Product Owners and Analysts to understand business rules, various usage scenarios, and define the optimal user journey across our systems in multiple environments (desktop, web, and mobile). **Education** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields; **Experience** * 3 years of experience in this role **Skills** * Hands-on, proactive profile with strong willingness to learn; * Knowledge of user research methods and benchmarking; * Experience creating prototypes (low and high fidelity); * Experience documenting UX artifacts (personas, user journeys, user flows); * Ability to advocate for ideas and proposed solutions. **Desirable but not mandatory** * Familiarity with the interface design tool Figma * Familiarity with CSS and HTML; * Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban); * Ability to facilitate workshops and run collaborative dynamics (Co-creation, Design Sprint). * Knowledge of Design Systems, style guides, and component libraries
