If you are a user experience professional who can analyze usability and layouts of competing products, design new products, conduct tests, and improve existing products, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct exploratory and validation research; * Formulate hypotheses, map user flows, and build experiments to validate solutions; * Lead and monitor user research, hypothesis validation, and data analysis; * Support the development of departmental processes; * Proactively propose, implement, and enhance processes and experiences through discovery initiatives for the company's products; * Collaborate across different departments to discuss optimal solutions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience in usability and layout analysis; * Skills in designing new products, conducting tests, and improving existing products; * Bachelor’s degree in Design or related fields. **Additional information** At DOK, opportunities are equal for everyone.
