Responsibilities * Develop interfaces and digital experiences focused on **usability** **and** **an** **optimized** **user** **journey**. * Create **wireframes,** **prototypes,** **and** **layouts**, translating business needs into clear and functional visual solutions. * Collaborate with **development** **and** **product** **teams** to ensure correct implementation of interfaces. * Organize and maintain **component** **libraries** **and** **design** **systems**. * Analyze and propose **continuous** **improvements** **to** **user** **experience** **and** **platform** **usability**. * Support the evolution of **visual** **standards** **and** **design** **consistency** across digital products. Requirements * Proven experience in **UX/****UI** **Design**, with a portfolio demonstrating the reasoning behind developed interfaces. * Proficiency in **Figma**, including component creation, variants, and file organization. * Knowledge of **UX/****UI** concepts such as typography, color, spacing (grid), and usability heuristics. * Familiarity with **agile** **methodologies** and use of **Kanban** boards. * Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills within multidisciplinary teams. Additional Information * Work schedule: Monday to Friday. * Working hours: **08:****00** **to** **18:****00**.
