Supporting the preparation of promotional materials **Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a professional with prior **experience** in the role of **UX/UI Designer**, to design digital experiences that are intuitive, efficient, and user-centered. **Position:** Mid-to-Senior UX/UI Designer **Compensation:** To be discussed Standard benefits package (Health and Dental Insurance, Mobility Allowance, Meal Voucher, As2 Academy, Happy Day). **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ **Work Mode:** 100% Remote **Working Hours:** Administrative schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:20 PM, Monday to Friday **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Computing, or related fields; * Specialized courses in software graphic design; * Experience and best practices in UX/UI, along with hands-on involvement in software development teams and/or projects; * Experience with Adobe XD or Figma; knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies; * Residency in the Paraíba Valley region, preferably in São José dos Campos; **Main Responsibilities:** * Actively participate in the software factory team to define and design (high-fidelity prototypes) software interfaces for new projects, balancing usability best practices and user experience (UX). * Support the preparation of promotional materials for new software/project releases and technical presentations.
