You will be responsible for designing intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces, ensuring operators can perform their tasks quickly and accurately. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer. * Portfolio demonstrating experience in interface design for complex systems. * Experience designing data dashboards and workflow interfaces. * Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus. * Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). * Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct user research to understand their needs and pain points. * Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. * Design the platform’s visual interface, including dashboards, forms, and reports. * Collaborate with the development team to ensure faithful implementation of the design. * Conduct usability testing and iterate on the design based on user feedback.
