This is an opportunity for early-career professionals eager to work in infrastructure, automation, cloud, and continuous delivery—contributing to critical services that support millions of users daily. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual solutions and consistent experiences for our digital products. Your main activities include: Creating low- and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma. Defining user flows, journeys, and wireframes based on product requirements. Developing and evolving visual interfaces aligned with the company’s design system. Direct collaboration with front-end and mobile developers during handoff, ensuring clarity and consistency between design and implementation. Supporting user behavior research, usability testing, and interface validation. Documenting components, interactions, and guidelines for use by development teams. Post-implementation monitoring for UX fine-tuning and continuous improvement of the user experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in interface design and user experience. Proficiency in Figma for prototyping, visual design, and component organization. Understanding of user journeys, information architecture, and UX best practices. Ability to translate technical and business requirements into clear, functional screens. Experience in handoff to development teams. Bachelor’s degree completed or nearing completion in Design, Systems, Communications, or related fields. Desirable (Differentiators): Experience with design systems and component library creation. Hands-on experience with mobile and responsive web products. Basic front-end development knowledge (React, HTML/CSS) for improved communication with developers. Experience with usability testing and flow validation.
