Propose innovations and improvements using generative AI Description: We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, specialized in AI applied to the ServiceNow platform, with deep expertise in Now Assist, integrations, technical design, and scalable architecture. This role is strategic in leading design decisions, technical feasibility assessments, and solution evolution. Minimum Requirements Responsibilities * Define the technical architecture for solutions leveraging intensive AI/Now Assist usage on the ServiceNow platform. * Lead the design of integrations, workflows, data models, and architectural patterns. * Evaluate business requirements and translate them into sustainable, secure, and scalable solutions. * Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, corporate standards, and ServiceNow guidelines. * Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting developers and consultants in critical decisions. * Propose innovations, automations, and improvements using generative AI. * Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance validation. * Participate in technical presentations for clients and internal departments. Requirements * Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, including App Engine, ITSM, and Now Assist. * Strong mastery of generative AI capabilities within the platform. * Ability to build integrations (APIs, MID Server, web services, connectors). * Experience in technical leadership and designing complex architectures. * Strong analytical capability, business acumen, and executive communication skills. Desirable * ServiceNow certifications: CAD, CIS, relevant specializations, and architecture certifications. * Prior experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, SAFe, ITIL). * Advanced English proficiency.
