Experience in UX Design focused on AI and Data-Driven Design. **About the Role** We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join us as a Senior UX/UI Specialist. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into elegant and efficient design solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the end\-to\-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. * Create high-fidelity interfaces (UI) and maintain consistency across the company’s design systems. * Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business teams to align design decisions with the company’s strategic goals. * Conduct interviews, tests, and usability sessions to validate design hypotheses and decisions. * Advocate for and implement accessibility principles (WCAG) and inclusive design across all products. * Reduce systemic friction, ensuring users can use our tools continuously and seamlessly. * Elevate the user experience to an exceptional level, making our tools outstanding. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Strong experience in User Experience (UX)** with proven expertise in the following areas: + UX Design focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI\-Powered UX Design). + Prompt Design for research and prototyping. + Service Design. + Customer Journey Mapping. + Product Discovery and Design Thinking. + Metrics for Digital Products and Data\-Driven Design. + Accessibility (WCAG) and Enterprise Design Systems. * Solid and proven experience in UX/UI Design for digital products (Web and/or Mobile). * Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). * Experience with user research methodologies. * **Fluency in English and Portuguese** (written and spoken).
